To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have attained the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Charmgar specializes in premium handcrafted leather goods. While we strive for absolute accuracy in product descriptions and photography, slight variations in color and texture are inherent to natural leather and artisanal craftsmanship.

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in PKR (for domestic orders) and USD (for international orders) unless stated otherwise.

An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including those resulting from pricing errors or suspicious activity.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secured payment gateways. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

We take pride in our meticulous shipping process. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Charmgar is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier service disruptions.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Bespoke or personalized items are ineligible for return. For standard catalog items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

All content on this site, including logos, designs, text, and photography, is the exclusive property of Charmgar. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.

Users agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts the website's functionality or compromises its security. Harassment of staff or misuse of the platform will result in immediate termination of access.

Charmgar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the site following updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
